Commentaires
Cette mousse pleurocarpe apprécie les endroits très humides où on peut la rencontrer en populations homogènes très denses. Son nom néerlandais « Puntmos » « mousse pointue » évoque éloquemment la caractéristique majeure de l'espèce : chaque tige terminale et latérale termine en une pointe qui paraît bien effilée, (MM).
